4Medium Cubes of Watermelon

1Fresno Chile Slice

.25 ozLime Juice

.75 ozPink Grapefruit Juice

.75 ozRosemary Simple Syrup

Muddle watermelon and fresno chili. Add tequila, rosemary syrup, grapefruit and lime juice and shake. Serve in a snifter over shaved ice. Top with a splash of Rosé and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
