The Key to Making a Pineapple Lime Margarita
Pick a perfect pineapple like a pro. Pluck a leaf from the center: if it pops out with no resistance – it’s ripe & ready! If it takes an extra tug, let it rest on the counter to ripen a day or so.
This traditional margarita variation provides abundant natural sweetness from the pineapple. The riper the better, to provide maximum flavor… just like the agaves we harvest for our tequila!

Ingredients
Servings: 1 Prep time: 5 minutes
For the Margarita:
1 part Código 1530 Blanco Tequila
1 part pineapple juice
½ part lime juice
¼ part oz agave nectar
fresh pineapple and lime wedges for garnish
How to Prepare
1 Half-rim your glass edge with fine kosher salt.
2 Fill a shaker with ice.
3 Add tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec and lime juice.
4 Shake well and strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
5 Garnish with lime wheel and pineapple wedge.
